Two interacting galaxies in constellation Coma Berenices about 40 million light years away.

The ring structure of NGC 4725 is region of strong star formation, eventually triggered by the interaction with smaller NGC 4747, which is obviously deformed by gravitational forces of its more massive compagnion.
