Sh2-101 (Tulip Nebula), NGC 6883, NGC 6871
A wide field in constellation Cygnus with Sh2-101, the Tulip Nebula, as the dominant nebula on the right side. It is a HI region about 6000 light years from earth. Just next to it we can see the companion star of Cygnus-X1, the first confirmed stellar black hole.
The image also contains the open star clusters NGC 6883 and NGC 6871 and many bright and dark nebula.
