NGC 4565 (Needle Galaxy)
NGC 4565 is the brightest galaxy in the coma cluster and approximately 55 million light years from here. Our view from earth is edge on and we cannot see its actual spiral structure. Observations at other wavelength reveal an active black hole in its core.
